Reservation Confirmation:
* A reservation is considered confirmed once a valid credit card is provided to guarantee the booking. No payment is required at the time of booking, unless specified for special offers or pre-paid rates.
• Deposit & Payment:
* A deposit may be required for certain reservations, particularly for long stays or special events. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.
* Payment for the stay will be processed at check-in, and major credit cards are accepted.
• Cancellation:
* Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival may incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full cost of the stay.
Exclusive-use bookings grant private access to the entire property.
Exclusive-use reservations cancelled or modified within 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable and non-modifiable.
In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show within this period, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
• Modifications:
* Any changes to the reservation (dates, room type, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the resort directly to request any modifications.
• No-Show:
* In case of a no-show, the full amount for the stay will be charged.
• Minimum Stay:
* Certain periods may require a minimum stay (e.g., during holidays or special events). Please check the booking terms for your selected dates.
• Check-In & Check-Out:
* Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Check-out is required by 12:00 PM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Identification:
* Guests are required to provide a valid ID or passport at check-in for verification purposes.
• Special Requests:
* Special requests (e.g., room preferences, early check-in) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that the city tourist tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid separately upon arrival (€3,5 per person, per night).
