Our kitchen celebrates flavour without borders, blending the comforting warmth of traditional Moroccan cuisine with the cosmopolitan touch of international favourites. Expect slow-simmered tagines, saffron-laced couscous and honey-glazed pastilla set beside hand-tossed wood-fired pizzas, crisp Mediterranean salads and perfectly seared steaks.   • Rooftop Sunset — Seasonal tapas, signature prickly‑pear margarita, live oud until twilight.
