Yes — a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Exclusive-use reservations cancelled or modified within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
How far in advance should we book a wedding or seminar?
For weddings, we recommend 6–12 months ahead, especially for autumn dates. For corporate seminars and MICE groups, 3–6 months is typical, though we can often accommodate shorter timelines for smaller groups — just ask.
Is the resort available for full privatization?
Yes — the entire resort can be reserved exclusively for your group: 34 rooms, gardens, pools, restaurants and the khayma included. Contact us on WhatsApp for availability and terms.
What languages does your team speak?
English, French, Italian and Arabic — our events team can coordinate your wedding or seminar in your language.
Can you arrange airport transfer?
Yes — we can arrange transfers on request. A shuttle service (1 van, 17 seats) runs from the resort to the city center, departing at 11:00 and returning at 18:00.
